On the 5th and 6th of February, Binder had the privilege of visiting Haba Engineering in Poland, where a team including Oliver Fenn (Service Manager), Elliott Smith (Electrician), and Ed Binder (Director) received an insightful tour of the company’s state-of-the-art facilities. This visit offered a unique opportunity to learn about Haba Engineering’s servicing and commissioning processes for their Bio Easy Flow range of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), and the team was thoroughly impressed with the operation.

During the factory tour, Haba Engineering’s team provided an in-depth look at their meticulous processes for manufacturing and commissioning the Bio Easy Flow treatment plants. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence were evident throughout, and the team was particularly impressed with the performance and reliability of the products. The treatment plants have been designed with sustainability in mind, demonstrating Haba Engineering’s position at the forefront of innovation in the field.

The visit also included meeting several key members of the Haba Engineering family. Rafal Lusina, the founder and chairman, and his son Piotr Lusina, the head of operations, welcomed the group, along with Marta Lysiak, head of exports and Rafal’s daughter, and Sebastian Lysiak, head of the innovation and technical departments, who is married to Marta. Additionally, they met Michal Sypek, Sales and Marketing Manager for Poland, and MK, the UK Sales Manager. The team’s depth of expertise was both impressive and inspiring.

The visit further reinforced Binder’s confidence in the Bio Easy Flow treatment plants, solidifying belief in their exceptional quality and environmental impact. It was a pleasure to engage with a company that balances innovation with sustainability, all while maintaining a strong family-driven approach to business.
