Since joining us five months ago, Natasha has brought energy, warmth, and unwavering support to both colleagues and customers. Here’s a look behind the scenes at Nathasha’s role and the person behind it.

Job Title: Scheduler

Time at Binder: Five months.

A day in your life at Binder:
Natasha starts her day bright and early. She brings a positive attitude that lifts the whole office. Her mornings often involve sending samples to the lab and calling customers to book in their visits. She keeps the schedule running smoothly. She adapts to the unexpected. And she always does it with a smile. Her favourite part of the day is speaking with customers and helping them plan visits around their busy lives.

Best part of the job:
Natasha thrives on the people side of her role. She enjoys working with a great team and supporting lovely customers. She takes pride in making the booking process easy and convenient for everyone she speaks to.

Outside of work:
Natasha enjoys dancing in her living room with her kids. It brings joy. It brings laughter. And it is her favourite way to unwind.
