My Klargester was serviced by an engineer named Tim who was professional, courteous and demonstrated good personal skills.
From the outset he asked whether I knew or wanted an explanation of how the Klargester works. I did and he gave an explanation that I understood. He carried out the service and gave useful advice on servicing, what to do if there is a power cut and the parts and spares engineers carry with them if required.
I was most impressed with the service he gave. He is a credit to Binder.

We had an emergency due to a blocked storm drain which led to our kitchen being flooded. Binder sent out some very helpful people to try and unblock the drain – they tried but this was not possible and the workmen explained this fully. They arranged for a follow up survey to look at options. The chap that came out could see the difficulty we were in with another storm on the way. The next day he had arranged for two workmen to redirect the drain. They completed this work in a day. I was so impressed by the friendliness and expertise of all involved. I highly recommend Binder!

Having had a treatment plant installed by binder, and 2 subsequent call outs to attend to a couple of minor issues I have found the company to be 1st class in both planning and installation and then engineer support. Customer service is well handled over the phone and engineers attend without delay providing a very fast response. I have found engineers across the board to be skilled, knowledgeable, and thorough in their approach. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the company to carry out work and provide services.

Every time we have called out an engineer they have been brilliant, over and above expectation and the latest engineer was no exception. Faultlessly courteous, he kept me in the loop so that when a decision was called for the facts were at my fingertips. The office staff are all just as good.

We recently had our sewage treatment plant emptied and serviced. All of the staff I spoke to at Binder were super friendly and helpful. Binder seems to be a company that has that old fashioned approach to provide excellent customer service. Recommended.

On the 9th July your representative Jonathan carried out an emptying of our chambers. We hadn’t opened the gates the night before and he rang and told us he’d arrived. He carried out his work very efficiently and having completed his task he replaced the wheelie bins and closed the gates. This is most unusual for workmen. In conversation we thought what a pleasant and agreeable person he was. A definite asset to your company. Also I particularly noticed how clean his tanker was and he clearly looks after it.

I meant to also point out that the chaps who worked on the installation were an absolute credit to your company and could not have been more courteous and helpful.

What a wonderful company. We have just had an old septic tank removed and a new Water Filtration Plant put in by Binder. They made the whole operation as easy as possible and were highly efficient. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for a job well done. The engineer who attended was so helpful and professional, he actually attended a day sooner than expected as he had space in his schedule which was so handy. I cannot commend the guy enough for being so informative about the problems and how quick he solved the issue.

I wanted to write to say how impressed I am at the level of service offered by Binder. I had an issue yesterday with my drains and you managed to get a tanker out in under 4 hours which was great service. It got better. I know that people are quick to complain nowadays, so Rob and I thought we would let you know how we were impressed with Ross’ apparent competence and professionalism.

I would like to personally thank Linda Kay who was fantastic in 2009 Binder installed a waste plant system at my house all these years on I needed copy paperwork which I had lost. When I rang and spoke to Linda she could not have been more helpful and professional and sorted everything out. As a businessman who employs around 40 people I can honestly say  I wish all my people was as good as her, thank you.

I must say, although I have always used Binders and have found the service faultless and the workmen always pleasant and helpful,  my experience Saturday was exceptionally good.  I spoke to a chap on the phone who really took time to understand the nature of our problem and did not push the emergency call out, offering to come on Monday to avoid unnecessary cost to me.  But it needed sorting and your driver came when he said he would, got the job done in 20 mins and left with no fuss.

Jimmy and Andy came to help me out in an emergency situation tonight, and not only did they solve the immediate problem, they gave me some advice about how to avoid making it worse as well as identifying what the root cause of the issue was as well.
