At Binder Ltd, there are plenty of people working behind the scenes to make sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish. This month, we’re introducing Chloe, our Construction Administrator, who joined the Binder team in January.
We caught up with Chloe to find out more about her role, what keeps her busy at Binder, and what you’ll find her doing when she’s not at work.

A Day in Your Life at Binder
A typical day is very busy and looks different every day! My favourite tasks are probably the ones where I get to solve a problem or organise something from start to finish.
There are also plenty of unexpected moments, which definitely keep things interesting!
Best Part of the Job
I enjoy seeing the jobs come together and everything running smoothly, from the initial enquiry, through to arranging the machines and orders, and finally seeing the job completed.
It’s rewarding knowing that everything I’ve organised has helped the job run smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of Work
When I’m not on the clock, you’ll either find me running around a field, at parkrun, or with my nose stuck in a book!
Desert Island Disc
I think it would have to be Memory Lane by McFly. It’s one I can sing along to just about every song!
Coffee or Tea
Always tea with milk and no sugar. If I’m feeling fancy then it’s an iced matcha!
Takeaway of Choice
Chinese every time! My order changes up each time but always includes a chicken chow mein with sweet and sour sauce.
Chloe plays an important part in keeping our construction jobs organised behind the scenes, helping everything move from that first enquiry through to the finished job. It’s great to have her as part of the Binder team.
