Did you know?
We are one of the only private wastewater providers in East Anglia to operate our own treatment site. This means we manage the process from collection through to treatment, giving our customers a reliable, compliant and cost-effective service with quality control at every stage.
Advanced treatment process
At our treatment site, waste is screened and processed using specialist equipment designed to separate solids from liquids safely and effectively.
Our high-speed Hiller centrifuge is capable of processing up to 16 cubic metres per hour, helping us manage waste efficiently while reducing environmental impact. The separated solids are lime stabilised before being removed for agricultural use as biosolids fertiliser, while the remaining liquid continues through the treatment process.
Environmentally responsible treatment
All effluent treated at our site is monitored and sampled in line with Environment Agency requirements before being discharged to the local watercourse.
This gives our customers peace of mind that their waste is being handled responsibly, compliantly and with environmental care at every stage of the process.
