Excellent customer service. Polite, well presented, explained what he was doing and why. Even offered to put plant pots back I had previously moved to allow good access. He was delayed due to another more urgent call but call centre and engineer kept us informed. Many firms let themselves down by poor communication but Binder not one of them.
