How long have you worked at Binder? Zak – 9 years, Derek – 22 years
What’s a typical day at Binder for you? We will typically travel across the county emptying various sewage treatment plants. No day is the same!
What’s your favourite part of your job? We both enjoy meeting customers (often driving some of the larger tankers in the fleet)
What’s your desert island disc? Zak – I like most music, so I listen to a bit of everything! Derek – Me and Mrs Jones, Billy Paul
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? Derek – I have 5 grandchildren under 9 so they keep me very occupied over the weekend!
