Last Thursday I noticed our pumping station wasn’t working, so I called Binder (we have a maintenance contract). After a quick bit of fault diagnosis over the phone, they arranged for an engineer (Calvin) to come out first thing the next morning .. arriving at 05:45 on Friday!
The issue turned out to be a bit more involved than expected (a faulty capacitor and two faulty float switches) but Binder had everything on their van and got it sorted within a couple of hours. Everything was left working perfectly again. I did appreciate that their diagnosis was thorough, and replacing the float switches on this visit would likely avoid future callouts for related problems.
I really appreciate the quick response and the fact that they managed to squeeze me in at short notice. It was a job well done. Professional, efficient, and friendly (great job Calvin )
