What’s a typical day at Binder for you? 

I am responsible for handling incoming customer queries and booking services and breakdowns. I manage a team of 30 engineers which involves booking in visits and any special requirements as well as ensuring the team on the ground have everything they need to efficiently carry out their scheduled jobs. 

What’s your favourite part of your job? Being able to help a customer, no matter how large or small the problem or query might be.

What’s your desert island disc? My favourite would have to be Car Radio, Twenty One Pilots.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? Going to watch the super blues at Portman Road.
