How long have you worked at Binder? 9 years
What’s a typical day at Binder for you? I handle a variety of responsibilities, from preparing pricing and quotes to coordinating with manufacturers and different teams. I also produce reports and keep all administrative tasks up to date, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Managing the administration team is a key part of my role, where I make sure that everyone follows established processes to keep operations running smoothly.
What’s your favourite part of your job? The variety of work and volume of it – I’m never bored! I also love the family feel working here, you get a real sense of support. It’s a lovely company to work for.
What’s your desert island disc? Bob Marley – Jamaica Trip
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? I enjoy spending quality time with my 2 children and going on long walks with my dog. When time allows I love to take trips with the family.
