New Managers Appointed at Binder
Binder is pleased to announce the recent promotions of two integral team members, Steve Burke and Oliver Fenn, to managerial roles within the company. These promotions mark a significant step in strengthening the operational framework of the company’s tankering and maintenance departments. Both individuals bring extensive experience and a commitment to excellence that will further enhance the company’s ability to deliver high-quality, reliable services to its growing customer base.
Steve Burke Appointed as Tankering Manager
With a diverse fleet of over 20 vacuum tankers, each equipped to handle capacities ranging from 2,000 to 6,000 gallons, Binder offers efficient and environmentally responsible waste disposal services. In his new role as Tankering Manager, Steve Burke will oversee the tankering department, managing day-to-day scheduling and ensuring the fleet’s maintenance and safety. His responsibilities include leading a team of schedulers and drivers to provide reliable service to our wide range of customers.

‘I’ve had the privilege of working at Binder for 7 ½ years and during that time, I’ve gained invaluable experience that has shaped my career. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to learn and grow within the company, and I’m proud to have recently been promoted to Tankering Manager.
This promotion is a significant milestone for me, and I’m excited to take on greater responsibility in leading the Tankering team. In this new role, I’m focused on ensuring that our operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while continuing to support the growth and success of the company. Oliver Fenn Promoted to Maintenance Manager
Having dedicated over a decade to Binder, previously serving as Supervising Service Coordinator, Oliver Fenn brings extensive experience to his new position as Maintenance Manager. In this role, he will manage the daily scheduling of more than 30 service engineers and oversee a team of engineering schedulers. His team is responsible for servicing, responding to breakdowns, and performing repair work, ensuring that customers receive prompt and efficient maintenance services.
