Having had a treatment plant installed by binder, and 2 subsequent call outs to attend to a couple of minor issues I have found the company to be 1st class in both planning and installation and then engineer support. Customer service is well handled over the phone and engineers attend without delay providing a very fast response. I have found engineers across the board to be skilled, knowledgeable, and thorough in their approach. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the company to carry out work and provide services.

I can highly recommend Binder for your sewage management.  I recently had my septic tank emptied and Del, who came to do it, was very helpful, friendly and gave me good advice.  They are reasonably priced and came out within 24 hours from making the appointment. Thank you Binder and thank you Del!

I wanted to write to say how impressed I am at the level of service offered by Binder. I had an issue yesterday with my drains and you managed to get a tanker out in under 4 hours which was great service. It got better. The tanker operator Jamie was exceptional in what he did to try and resolve the problem. I would highly recommend Binder to anyone needing your services. Thanks again to all concerned.

Every time we have called out an engineer they have been brilliant, over and above expectation and the latest engineer was no exception. Faultlessly courteous, he kept me in the loop so that when a decision was called for the facts were at my fingertips. The office staff are all just as good.
