Fast, efficient service – Highly recommend.

Last Thursday I noticed our pumping station wasn’t working, so I called Binder (we have a maintenance contract). After a quick bit of fault diagnosis over the phone, they arranged for an engineer (Calvin) to come out first thing the next morning .. arriving at 05:45 on Friday!

The issue turned out to be a bit more involved than expected (a faulty capacitor and two faulty float switches) but Binder had everything on their van and got it sorted within a couple of hours. Everything was left working perfectly again. I did appreciate that their diagnosis was thorough, and replacing the float switches on this visit would likely avoid future callouts for related problems.

I really appreciate the quick response and the fact that they managed to squeeze me in at short notice. It was a job well done. Professional, efficient, and friendly (great job Calvin )

I have been using Binder to check the pump and empty the tank for upwards of thirty years. There has never been a problem. The engineers have been friendly, courteous, efficient and punctual.

I just wanted to pass on my thanks to the wonderful Alan who came out for the 2nd time in as many weeks to deal with a blockage. I have a disabled 89 year old father who is reliant on his disabled facilities and Alan has just been superb and what an ambassador for the company. Anyway please let whoever needs to know that Alan was fabulous and also him personally.

What a wonderful company. We have just had an old septic tank removed and a new Water Filtration Plant put in by Binder. They made the whole operation as easy as possible and were highly efficient. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Having had a treatment plant installed by binder, and 2 subsequent call outs to attend to a couple of minor issues I have found the company to be 1st class in both planning and installation and then engineer support. Customer service is well handled over the phone and engineers attend without delay providing a very fast response. I have found engineers across the board to be skilled, knowledgeable, and thorough in their approach. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the company to carry out work and provide services.
