I must say, although I have always used Binders and have found the service faultless and the workmen always pleasant and helpful,  my experience Saturday was exceptionally good.  I spoke to a chap on the phone who really took time to understand the nature of our problem and did not push the emergency call out, offering to come on Monday to avoid unnecessary cost to me.  But it needed sorting and your driver came when he said he would, got the job done in 20 mins and left with no fuss.

I must say it has been a pleasure dealing with the Binder Team. From quote to completion, you have all been thoroughly professional whilst retaining the personal touch that is so often lacking these days.

Jimmy and Andy came to help me out in an emergency situation tonight, and not only did they solve the immediate problem, they gave me some advice about how to avoid making it worse as well as identifying what the root cause of the issue was as well.
